Stand tall. Elbows pinned at your sides. Curl without swinging.
Open the app, or tap an optional gym sticker. The exercise loads with last weight, reps, and notes remembered.
Built-in 3D skeletal and muscle-targeting guides show what's working on that machine, plus pro tips most log apps skip.
Log the set and RPE. On hero lifts, your phone can score form while you lift — or you record a clip to send your PT later.
Session log updates. If you send a review clip, the scored video and data land in your coach's async inbox — not a live feed.
12 kg × 10 reps · RPE 7
Keep your elbows more stable.
On hero lifts you get a form score. On every lift you get the guide, the log, and RPE.
Your equipment stays. TENSCOREE is the digital layer on members' phones.

Yes — and it is asynchronous. The client records a set on their phone. AI scores the form. The completed video and data land in the coach's inbox for review when they are free. The fee is set by the gym or the PT, not a fixed TENSCOREE sticker price. Coaches do not get a live camera feed of the client.
No. Many coaching apps focus on programmes, check-ins, and admin (what to do). TENSCOREE centres on how the lift looked: 3D muscle-targeting guides, on-phone AI form scores, and async video review in the coach inbox, with plans and client tools in the same loop. Coaches can subscribe direct worldwide. Gyms can add an optional smart-floor pack. They are complementary jobs, not the same product.
No. Coaches can subscribe to the phone app direct from TENSCOREE, worldwide, with no gym approval. Clients, plans, AI-scored sets, and an async review inbox work without a facility deal. A partner gym is optional if they want a cheaper resident seat or that gym's NFC tags.
Whole-floor form coaching on members' phones without adding headcount. A software pack with optional stickers, your machine catalog, and member codes. Resident PT seats sold through you at pricing you set. Revenue when guest coaches buy a floor pass for your tagged machines. No cameras or sensors to install.
No. The coaching app is sold by TENSCOREE. Gyms control their own floor pack: stickers, member codes, and resident discount seats. They do not approve or block independent coach subscriptions.
No. Form scoring runs on the member's phone camera for their own set — not gym-wide cameras and not a live feed to coaches. Optional NFC or QR stickers are small tags on machines or entry, not ceiling hardware.
A pass a guest coach buys from a partner gym to use that gym's tagged NFC machines. It does not replace the coaching app. Coaches already using TENSCOREE elsewhere still need a floor pass only for that facility's tags.
Every station. Every set. Connected through the phone in someone's hand, with an optional tag when the gym wants Tap & Train.
Full launch early 2027. Gyms get the floor pack. Coaches can join the app direct. Under a minute.
