Open the app. Phone does the work.

TENSCOREE runs on iOS and Android. Open the app → pick an exercise or scan an optional sticker → see the 3D muscle guide, log the set, and on hero lifts score form on your phone. No cameras or sensors to buy, ship, or mount. Gym NFC/QR tags are optional shortcuts on your floor — manual pick always works.

How members start (gym floor)

On a licensed floor, stickers speed things up. Deploy NFC, QR, both, or neither — the phone app always works without a tag.

Same result without NFC hardware on the member phone. Scan the code on the rack or pin-loaded machine. Useful where tags are not practical or as a backup label.

No tag needed

Members choose the exercise from the library. 3D guides, on-phone form scoring, logging, and async coach messaging still work. NFC and QR are convenience layers, not a lock-in.

Guide, then train

Built-in 3D skeletal and muscle-targeting guides show what's working on that machine, with pro tips most log apps skip. Log the set and RPE. On hero lifts, your phone can score form while you lift — or you record a clip to send your PT later.

Saved for next time

Everything lands in the session log. Review clips and scored data reach linked trainers in an async inbox — not a live camera feed or a lost WhatsApp thread.

For gym buyers. Labels are optional. A tag might open a station, a zone, or gym entry. Members without a label still get guides, coaching, and coach messaging. Coaches can subscribe to the phone app direct; your pack is what makes the floor yours.

How people get on TENSCOREE

The app works without a gym for independent coaches. A gym license adds the smart-floor pack (stickers, machine catalog, member codes). Resident trainers join through the gym (cheaper). Any other coach buys the platform from TENSCOREE; they need a floor pass from you only to use your tagged stations.

Members · iOS and Android

Floor coaching on native apps. Your gym issues a membership or facility code so members train on your floor. Scan, tap, or pick manually — 3D guides plus on-phone AI scoring on hero stations.

Resident trainers · through the gym

PTs who work your floor get seats only through you — always cheaper + NFC at your site. They cannot buy the resident rate direct from TENSCOREE.

Independent coaches · any PT, TENSCOREE direct

Any coach without a home-gym seat can buy the platform from us (waitlist open now): clients, plans, AI-scored sets, and an async review inbox at home or abroad. No NFC on your floor until they buy a floor pass from you.

PT invite codes · for clients

A trainer shares an invite code to link a client for programming and check-ins. That code does not unlock your NFC floor — members still need your gym code or membership.

Three codes, three jobs: Gym code — member floor + resident PT onboarding. PT invite — links a client to their coach. Floor pass — guest coach uses your equipped machines (you earn). One code never unlocks all three.
