Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how TENSCOREE (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our app and website (tenscoree.com).
Account data
Email, display name, role (client or PT), invite codes, and coach–client links.
Training and coaching data
Plans, logged sets, progress metrics, nutrition/steps you enter or import, booking requests, and notes shared with a linked PT.
Camera and microphone
Used for form analysis, optional set recording, machine tag scanning, and spoken set logs. Pose estimation runs primarily on your device. We do not sell your camera footage.
Health
With your permission, Apple Health / Health Connect may supply steps or nutrition, and we may write workouts you choose to share. You can revoke access in system settings.
NFC / Bluetooth
Used for partner gym machines or optional sensors when those features are available.
Payments
Processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on the device.
Local and cloud storage
Much data stays on your phone; cloud sync (when signed in) uses our providers (including Supabase) to operate accounts and coaching features.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell your personal information. We use processors only to run the product (hosting, auth, payments). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect safety and rights.
Your choices
Sign out anytime. Delete your account in the app under Settings (removes cloud profile/auth; clear or uninstall the app to remove remaining local data). Contact us for privacy requests at [email protected].
Children
The Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the higher age required in your region).
Updates
We may revise this policy; the current version is published on this page and in the app.
